Each piece is either handmade or carefully sourced, so a little extra time is taken to ensure everything arrives beautifully finished and ready for you.

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are typically dispatched within 10 days of purchase.

• Please note that processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or product launches.

New Zealand Shipping

• We offer nationwide tracked shipping with NZ Post / Courier Post.

• Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• Free shipping - within NZ 

International Shipping

• We ship internationally to most countries.

• Delivery times vary by destination — generally 5–14 business days.

• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
